    The delicious smoked mackeral we served is made by Frank Hederman in Cork. We warm it slightly and serve it with rhubarb salad, pickles and freshly baked bread.

    Vegetarians will enjoy fresh salads from local farmer Donnacha, served with Irish cheeses such as Gubbeen, Cashel Blue and our local St. Tola's goat's cheese. We also make two fresh vegetarian soups daily.

    Freshly baked cakes every day. Our carrot cake is rich and moist, made with organic flour, walnuts and local carrots. We like our apple pie to be deep with plenty of apple and a thin, sweet crust. Chocolate brownies filled with chunks of Green and Blacks.
