    The delicious smoked mackeral we serve is made by Frank Hederman in Cork. We serve it with organic salads and freshly baked bread.

    Vegetarians will enjoy fresh salads from local farm Moyhill served with Irish cheeses such as Gubbeen, Cashel Blue, Hegarty's and Cratloe Hills and of course our local St. Tola's goat's cheese. We also make vegetarian soup daily with Beechlawn Organic veg and served with our homemade brown bread.

    Freshly baked cakes every day. Our carrot cake is rich and moist, made with organic flour, walnuts and local carrots. We like our apple pie to be deep with plenty of apple and a thin, sweet crust. Chocolate brownies filled with chunks of Green and Blacks.
