Over 10 years ago I visited the Perfumery and purchased this essence Winter Wood and still had some left to compare. I found the scent was exactly the same. The presentation was very well done. After goofing up on placing my order TWICE, and finally getting it straight the third time, Burren Perfumery was right there with me. Telling me not to worry, laughing with me at my indecisions and mess-ups. Their customer service is 10 out of 10. The Winter Woods gift set I ordered arrived in a very timely fashion and was beautifully (and very safely!) packaged. I love the little "extra treats" they included (samples!!). We visited Burren Perfumery in 2015 from the U.S. and I have been placing orders since then. Love the beautiful place Burren has made there, their products, and their service. Hope to visit again!

My daughter did a semester abroad in Galway, Ireland. I went to visit her and one of the places we went to was The Burren Perfumery. It's been a couple of years and she's in Grad school now. I wanted to send her something special for her birthday in Feb and thought it would bring her joy to get something from TBP!! I live in Minnesota and she lives in Northern California. So i wasn't there when she actually received her perfume gift set but she loved it! She said it was packaged beautifully and securely and that the BP team had hand written the note to her that I had included in my online order! When we came in Ireland a few years ago, we visited the Burren and of course we won't miss the Burren Perfumery. What a lovely place, wonderful products and what a dynamic staff! We bought the perfume "Man of Aran", Winter Wood didn't exist at this time. I discovered it years later, first with a tester you sent me with another order. And then, I ordered it later. I really love it. Thank you so much for all your wonderful products that remember me Ireland, the country of my heart. I use to speak and write in French, so I hope that my English is not too bad. ;-) I'll always buy your products with a great pleasure. Thank you for all!
