My absolute favourite Burren Perfumery product after their perfumes! I use it throughout the year whenever my muscles feel a bit stiff after a run or yoga, or whenever I feel like giving myself a little bit extra care. Highly recommend!

This balm soothes the stiffness in my knees. Smells wonderful. Burren products are wonderful!

Arnica has become a staple in our household and I've been ordering it since our visit to The Burrens 6 years ago when I made my first purchase. I also promote it to family and friends who are sometime skeptical until they try it!

I play button accordion and always have a serious pain on my left wrist. I put this on before going to bed and I felt much better after approaching it. So I’ve got another one for my friend who plays fiddle. Already became my go-to item.

Had a bad fall last December (during the days of black ice) and broke my left hip and elbow. It has taken ages but the bruise on my arm is finally fading. No doubt about it your arnica is responsible. Thank you and keep up the good work

This is great for bruises and swelling )providing you are not on heart or blood medicines.) My wife has just had a knee replacement and would highly recommend it. Only wish it was in a bigger tin. 100 genuine and organic a lot better than others you can buy and it is certified

I love this Arnica cream from the Burren Perfumery. Bought a new tin on line before my first tin ran out. I use this any time I get restless legs or pain in my hips and after an arnica rub everything settles down. It's absolutely brilliant. I was a little disappointed to see the tin size has gone from 90mls to 75mls but that won't stop me from buying again. I also have the Borage Herbal Balm. Great for very dry skin including my lips.

Arnica is excellent for sore muscles. I always use this after tough days at the gym. My low back loves this balm!!!

Each morning I apply Arnica to my shoulders rubbing it in. Before Using Arnica, I had a small open sore on one shoulder & It would not heal no matter what I tried. Arnica finally took care of that problem. But that wasn't the only problem. I also had sore ankles & dry tender feet. I began applying Arnica & that has reduced the problem significantly. But I won't stop the use for fear the problems will return. Keep making my Arnica!

I use the Arnica balm everyday before and after my long walk. It is brilliant for tight muscles in my legs.

The Arnica Herbal Balm is excellent for my lower back pain or any slight sprains and muscle aches. Its better that Voltarol in my experience and far far healthier as it is 100 % organic. PC Tipperary

Have used Arnica several times and always very pleased with the result. This time used it to heal the wound and ease the bruising after a hip replacement. Within a few days the scar was smooth and looked and felt very good.

I bruise easily, and have been searching for an effective arnica balm for years. This is the best! It's soothing, and helps my bruises heal more quickly than other arnica formulations.

Of all the pain relieving creams arnica is the one that works best for me.

I have been using the Arnica Balm on my arthritic hands and it does reduce the pain. I had never heard of this before, but was recently reading an historical novel in which arnica was mentioned so I guess it has been used for many years.

I stumbled across the Burren Perfumery by accident on Facebook. I studied their website, googled information and read all the reviews and decided to give them a try and I am glad I did!! The Arnica Herbal Balm has been a life saver for me. I have severe arthritis in my shoulders, did physical therapy, on prescription anti inflammatory medication, steroid injections but it just wasn’t enough anymore. The pain was so bad that I could not get comfortable to sleep at night, the pain would wake me with any kind of movement...then I found this miracle in a little metal tin, Arnica Herbal Balm. At first I couldn’t tell if it was working. I used it twice a day for about a week, didn’t know if it was working because there was no tingling, sensation or strange smell and forgot to use it one day...I hurt so bad I could barely move and slept terribly. I applied the balm the next day and by the evening I was feeling better. I decided to use it for a few days, then skip a day to see if it was a fluke. Like clockwork, the next day I hurt, could barely move and didn’t sleep well. I went back to using the balm. I tried the random experiment one more time with the same results. I have no doubt in my mind that the Arnica Herbal Balm is a miracle in a little metal tin. I use it twice a day with just my prescription anti inflammatory medication and I feel so much better and I can sleep without pain!! Amazing! This is amazing stuff! I had bad plantar fasciitis and this balm soothed the pain and actually helped speed up the healing process- I'm convinced!

Great after a day of skiing! The salve works wonders! After a full day of skiing in Utah, and with many sore muscles, this after the hot tub worked wonders. A little goes a long way with the arnica salve and a good thing since everyone in our chalet was using it. The lack of scent made it perfect for men and women alike.
