Please bear in mind that if you are ordering for Christmas, leave plenty of time for your order to reach you. Orders are usually packed and in the post within a few days of being received on our website, but may take a bit longer if we get very busy (as we do at this time of the year!). Packages usually take 3 - 7 days to reach European destinations, and 5 - 10 days for places further afield. However these times can increase a lot around Christmas and it is not unusual for a few packages to take two or three weeks to arrive.
